Casa is an adult only community that is quietly tucked in back, off of Alameda, offering a peaceful place to live.
It’s construction and design are classic Bauhaus architecture, which makes the building very unique and desirable. Casa has two floorplans: a studio and one-bedroom. These floorplans are very popular with residents over fifty-five. Because of the smaller sizes we are able to keep rents affordable.
With eight stories, there are plenty of fantastic views, especially at night. Casa has controlled access at night adding to your sense of safety.
